Three different fundraisers...same great result!
Here’s a few ways groups like yours have raised funds for their needs. We can
customize a solution that’s just right for you.
50/50 Party
Event
When a group indicates they need between $300 and
$1,000, the 50/50 Bowling Party may be best and easiest to conduct. Great for
Little League, Parent/Teachers Associations (PTA), Hockey teams, and school
groups. Establish date, time and prices to be charged and what menu of items
will be included at the event. Example: you want $10.00 from each bowler who
redeems ticket day of party. They can sell for $25. For each ticket they sell,
they can keep $12.50 and you get $12.50. The purchase of a ticket entitles
bearer to two games of fun bowling, prizes to win and music to listen to. On a
traditional ticket that is designed for event, add word "lane" ____ and
"number"____ to every ticket. Now you can indicate lane assignments and number
of tickets sold.

Bowlathon
Fundraising Event
When the group wants to raise $3,000,
$5,000 or $25,000 or more, this is the best format. It will only work with
organization that has lots of movers and shakers. Example: Big Brothers/Sisters,
Junior Achievement, School Foundations, Hospitals and other similar groups.
Bowl-A-Thons will need bowling centre staffs marketing, selling techniques. We
can make up a customized pledge form, which you can distribute to your members.
Corporate Lane Sale Event
For business organizations like the Chamber of Commerce,
Professional Hockey or
Ball Player who wants to help his cause,
community arts centre, political party headquarters, religious organizations,
etc., this type offund raiser is great! Why? Because the core group sells a lane
for $100, $200, $500, or $1,000 to another group who besides getting a tax
deductible expense, can send six guests to a very special "party." A closed
centre is recommended so the sponsoring organization can control the entire
environment inside the centre during the three hour gala fund raiser. In most
cases in Canada, the bowling centre is the best facility in town to run this
type of party. It has the space, amenities, parking and professional staff to
help. A group which can get $500 per lane and sell out an entire 24-lane bowling
centre, is starting with a $12,000 gross figure. Obviously, with these per lane
donations, the group must run a grand event.
Bowlerama Fundraiser
Presentations
We'll be providing short presentations on how a
Bowlerama fund raiser will meet your fund raising goals - no matter how big or
small. The presentation will be followed by some light refreshments and free
bowling. Please check back in the future for the most convenient location, date
and time for you.
Here's a sampling of some of the groups who have already attended our Fundraiser Presentations and were so impressed, they've already booked their Bowlerama event:
